  • I have bought a orca walkin pannel from Serene Bathrooms and I am very pleased with my purchase. I did have some problems regarding the delivery, but that was all TNT fault, I haven’t received the item when I supposed to and I then called Serene Bathrooms and spoke to sales. Sales were very concern about my problem and advise me to call TNT and gave me all the refences that I need in order to sort my issue out. Unfortunately, TNT has the worst customer service and after a week I still didn’t have my item. I called back sales and immediately they resolved the problem, they arrange for someone to delivery the item personally. We arrange a time that best suited my needs and they were spot on. I have now my beautiful orca walkin pannel and I will definetely order from them again. I also have to add that in terms of price, Serene bathrooms are the best, I researched for days and taking into consideration quality and price, Serene Bathroom was the winner! I would recommend to everyone.
