  • Dear Serene Bathrooms Regarding the order I placed last week, I felt it necessary to write to you to congratulate you on your fantastic service, I spoke with a very helpful young man on Friday at approx 2pm regarding a shower tray and my desperate need to get it on Monday,and to make matters worse I’m on the Isle of Wight, he somehow managed to hold up the parcels going to the courier and get my shower tray on that days list and it arrived today by midday in perfect condition. I had tried 5 local plumbers merchants and Not one of them could either get me a 1000×700 low profile tray or if they could it was going to take a week and on top of that be at least £50.00 more expensive. Never again will I bother with local merchants when I can get such great service from yourselves. Kindest regards and please pass my thanks on to the guy who was so helpful.
