  • Ordered at 2pm, arrived at 10am. Wow!

  • Courier delivered me a box of broken glass and expected me to sign for it. Phoned serene and got it sorted the next day but delayed the bathroom over a weekend which wasn’t great

  • It’s huge Im not sure what I was expecting to be honest. Didnt think 1200mm would look that big. All fitted and looks good though

  • We needed a wet room due to my wife and I getting older and unable to clamber into the shower as well as we used to. We found this and loved the look of this walk in shower panel, phoned up and spoke to a lovely young chap on the phone who explained everything we would need to get the wet room up and running and kindly took our payment. The service was fantastic and the item arrived with us the following day whilst the builder was tearing everything out ready for it.   • Didn’t realise quite how big 1200mm was until it coming to squeezing it through the front door. Looks really good now it’s all installed and really good quality 🙂

  • Excellent value for money – don’t know how they manage to make these for this – 8mm glass and the wall arm bracket is adjustable both ends making it really easy to fit. Definately recommended.

  • Got 10 for some apartments we were building, went in okay from what I remember and haven’t heard anything about them so all is good

  • Phoned after fighting to keep this item clean after all the adverts promoted how easy it was… Was informed their should have been a sticker on one side indicating the coated side, unfortunately this was not the case when I installed it – Turns out its in back to front now. I guess these things happen but now I’ve got to get builder in to take it out and reverse it. Nice product, just a shame the label wasn’t to be seen on installation
